Pavilion Rentals

We have several pavilions of different sizes available for full-day rentals at the park. You can find additional details about each pavilion, including proximity to restrooms, in the online rental portal linked at the top of the page.  

  • Small: Pavilions 3, 5, 7
  • Medium: Pavilions 1, 4, 8, 9
  • Large: Pavilions 2, 6 

ALL PAVILIONS MUST BE RESERVED.

Pavilion rentals are $100 plus a refundable $100 deposit, for a total of $200 required in advance. The deposit is returned if the pavilions are left in the same condition they were received. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date/time must be made by calling the office at 337-330-2649

Pavilion Rules

  • NONE of the following are allowed: sidewalk chalk, confetti, glitter, water balloons, etc.
  • If you are a Daycare or School, please call the office before showing up. In cases where maintenance and or construction is happening. We cannot allow anyone near those areas.
  • BBQ – (bring your pit) we ask that you DO NOT dump coals on the ground or in trash cans. You must take your coals with you, as we have no place to dispose of them.
    *If coals are left, you will not get your deposit back.
  • We ask that you make sure all garbage is put into garbage cans provided at pavilions. We have event staff that empties all garbage cans throughout the day and night.
  • NO ALCOHOL
  • Only 1 fun jump allowed, and it must be dry only. (NO WATER)
  • If you are cooking anything with grease, we ask that you DO NOT pour it on the ground, take it with you when you leave. We have no place to dispose of hot/cold grease.
    *If we notice and or find grease was left, you will not get your deposit back.
  • Any event with 50+ or more will need an event form filled out and approved.

    Crawfish Season

    • YOU are responsible for discarding crawfish peelings, please DO NOT leave them in the trash cans at your pavilion or any other location on the premises.
      *If crawfish peelings are left, you will not get your deposit back.
    • DO NOT dump water on the grass, please use the drain at your pavilion or drain in the parking lot.

    Tennis Court Rentals

        Tennis Court Rules & Regulations

        • All players must check in with the pro shop/office before starting play.
        • Courts must be booked hourly and paid for in pro shop/office before starting play.
        • Courts may be booked for a maximun of two hours.
        • All tennis coaching must be done under the Broussard Sports Complex tennis director.
        • Shirts must be worn at all times.
        • No black sole shoes allowed on tennis courts.
        • No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards or wheels are allowed on tennis courts.
        • No outside food or drink is allowed.
        • No gum or sunflower seeds allowed on the courts.
        • No pets allowed on the courts. Pets are only allowed on walking trails and must be leashed.
        • Smoking and all tobacco products are prohibited.
        • Glass bottles or containers are prohibited on the courts.
        • Music is not allowed unless prior consent is given. Loud speakers are prohibited.

        Field Rentals

        Broussard Sports Complex at St. Julien Park offers a variety of athletic fields for rental, including soccer, baseball, softball, and more.

        The fees listed below are for general field setups and events. Other sports and field setups may be available but must be verified through St. Julien Park. Rates are subject to change. Rate verification must be made at the time of contract for the scheduled event. 

        Field Usage Policies & Procedures:

        User Priority: 

        In order to be consistent with the Broussard Sports Complex operations agreement and in granting the use of fields and specifying deposits, fee schedules, and administrative rules, the following priority user groups and guidelines apply: 

        Tournaments and events that will provide a significant positive economic impact on the City of Broussard and Broussard Sports Complex, including National and Regional tournaments and invitationals. 

        Scheduling Procedures: 

        After the schedule of play is established according to the above user priority model, all other open dates will be evaluated, and rentals will be determined based on the best fit for Broussard Sports Complex. 

        Inclement Weather Policy: 

        In the event of inclement weather, Broussard Sports Complex staff will evaluate field conditions for playability. If fields are deemed unplayable by 1:00 p.m. CST, Broussard Sports Complex will make the final call to suspend all play for the remainder of that day. Tournament Directors should plan accordingly and make changes to schedules if they wish to hold the remainder of the tournament on subsequent days. 

        Special Events Permits: 

        In some cases, Broussard Sports Complex may require additional permission permits, fees, and security deposits. Broussard Sports Complex reserves the right to increase the fee based on the nature of the activity. 

        Damages: 

        If damage occurs to any portion of the facility or sports complex equipment and the cost of the damage exceeds the amount of the damage/security deposit, the renter will be billed for any additional expense at replacement cost.
